yesss.. i am indeed bored

well i am blogging away today cos i am bored... and by bored i mean really bored... its like when there is college there is always something or the other... when there are stuff to study you always feel like reading some novel or going around the city.. or watching tv or something.. now tht there is nothing"technical" to study life sucks..... its like when you can do anything you wan't.. you don't feel like doing anything at all.. now i understand why bill gates ain't spending any ofhis money....
the only solace nowadays is the internet... and mailing blogging chattin and all that... well i actually seem to enjoy bloggin... and tht's a good thing i guess...
i know i sound totally stoned and wasted but i am not.. you know when u come to think of it i think i really am stoned... high on boredom...
I NEED TO DO SOMETHING..... before i lose all sanity... please advice... heh heh
Quote of the day.." All of us have inner voices... but some hear their inner voices with astounding clarity... such people either go crazy.. or they become legends..."
and frankly guys... my inner voice is crying out loud to stop writing any more crap in this sacred blog...

Chetan bhagat's second...

A few months back i happened to read a book by a new author... the book was "five point someone" and the author was chetan bhagat, an ex-iit,iim alumnus.... the book was really good.. it was a hilarious represention of the iit way of life .... and sure it rocks...
we as engineers could identify a lot with that book... thanks to the fact that the protagonists in the book were lazy bozos who gave nothing for studies and had their sights set elsewhere if u know what i mean....
so anyway after the first book i was really looking forward to the next masterpiece from chetan's pen... and the wait was over some time back when " one night at the call centre" was released...
and sad to say it is disappointing.. old wine in new bottle...
similar characters, similar attitudes.... but new setting though!
it is the story that revolves around six friends who find themselves in strange situations one night at the call centre that they work in...
believe me friends.. the ending sucks... no other word to say it...
its a pity that chetan bhagat had to end up another one book wonder...
anyway i think u guys should check it out.. specially if u ve not read five point someone... that way expectations will be minimal..

I AM NO PARROT.. BUT...

This is for all the people who sign in regularly to this blog, check for new posts and sign out... i don't want to sound like a parrot.... but where the hell is everybody.... like mash pointed out this is an oppurtunity to replicate what should happen at a session... i am not talkin about making speeches or improving your confidence levels... i am talking about bonding, friendship and camaderie.... something that has always been the heart and soul of uni-y...
now due to various personal and other reasons many of us are not able to attend the sessions as regularly as before.... this blog is a medium for us to stay in touch.. constantly...
the blog used to be such fun in the beginning specially with febna's often over-the top but awesome posts... gossip... raunchy comments... and friendly advice.... where has it all disappeared....
personally i am not innocent in this matter either... i too have not been really active in the blog... but i ve decided to make a change... If i can.. everybody can.. and everybody should i believe...
and hats off to few like mash and humdinger who at least keep this web page alive.....
friends i don't want to sound like an old nagging granny... but cmon.. this is the time.. don't be silent... put the fingers to the keyboard.... let your thoughts wander free...
with love.. and a little bit of grief...
