Isn't it high time that both of you stopped this skirmish between yurslf. It is true that Manu gave us "GUYS" a treat @ Annapoorna in the evening after the session. There were quite a few ppl ther and we had a good time. I don't know the reason why Lakshmi and other members ddn't attend it. It maybe coz Manu ddnt invite them or maybe coz they ddnt want to stay late.
Whatever be the case we guys got what Manu owed us, now if Gals wanna have a treat pester Manu abt it, he ain't that bad, so he prob wd give u all a treat ( alleda Manu :D)
But i think all of us are forgetting the fact that many other RESPECTABLE members got huge prize money in various competitions in many programs. Isn't it high time that we stopped pestering Manu and ask the "OTHERS" who are refraining from their right to celebration among friends by making them give us a treat???????????

This heinous attack on the Moderator's integrity, and purity of intentions, should not go unanswered. But for now, i will waive the answer, on the basis of the previously heralded fact that the member is herself suffering from the grave disorder of hallucinations. So, once again, divine forgiveness for a quite human error.
And as for the "unalienable right of the uniy members to celebrate the success of a fellow uniyian" - all members who stayed back after last saturday's session have already taken part in the celebration, and the respected member in question, decided herself to refrain from participating..

Hey there people..
To be sure, as blog admin: I'm happy that the blog is seeing a lot of activity, a number of new posts the last few days. But at the same time, this happiness is tinged with sadness, sadness at the fact that one certain member who "is back", is trying to mislead our honourable members with their statements..
As our Respected member Varun informed us at the last session, certain English poets produced their greatest works under the influence of narcotics, and other such substances.. It seems this particular member has also chosen to write her blog, when she was under the influence of some such drug.. because her post clearly shows she was hallucinating at the time she wrote it..
Now another esteemed member, the f**ing dutchman, who himself has personal experience with hallucinations, informs me, that when he is under the "influence", he does things which, he does not even remember later. So, we do not blame the esteemed member, for her post.. To err, is human, after all.
But with this post i propose to make it clear, once and for all, to all concerned, that said treat will be undertaken by the particular member, Miss. Lakshmi, utilizing funds already appropriated...

Kudos to all winners from UNI-Y
Hi,
It gives me gr8 pride to say today that i am a member of UNI-Y, a group that has proven that when it comes to arts or technical fests there is no one to beat the guys/gals from UNI-Y. I am sayin all this seeing the marvelous performance of the UNI-Y members @ the recently concluded Crossroads '06 conducted by Mar Baselious Collge of Engineering.
Over there they had numerous events both tech n general and it was such a great feeling to see that no matter what the event is, all the finalists were from UNI-Y( i am not exaggerating atleast 90% were UNI-Y members).
I saw many familiar faces when i went there on the 1st day, that day there was the prelims of Best Manager and surprisingly many who qualified along with me, like Aravind, Eric, Rohin etc. were UNI-Y members.
Then came the major event, the Personality contest and again
out of the 6 finalists 5 were UNI-Y members now aint tht gr8. And the contest was won by both UNI-Y members,
Febna &
Rohin. Then came many more events which also had UNI-Y members in the winning teams. This indeed a great occasion for the members to celebrate, celebrate with joy the sucess of their friends. I wish all sucess to the winners.
